All of our guitars come with a FREE professional setup tailored to your individual tuning and string gauge preferences, if available. Our setups always include action, intonation, trem angle, and truss rod adjustments. If needed, we smooth out fret edges, address any nut or bridge shim issues, polish the frets, and condition the fingerboard. All work is completed by our experienced tech team who understand what today's players want from their instruments. If not otherwise requested our techs will setup each instrument to a comfortable medium/low action with minimal truss rod relief dependent on the instrument style. Case Details: Original Ovation Hardshell Case
Cosmetic Condition: Very good condition. Many scratches, dings and wear as pictured on the body, pickguard, pickups and headstock.
Tech Notes: Guitar, Hardware, and Electronics were cleaned/tested and are functioning appropriately. Setup with minimal neck relief and medium/low action. Fretboard was cleaned and frets polished with plenty of life left and no evident fret wear. Plays great throughout the entire fretboard with consistent playability/intonation.
Mods or Repairs: No evident mods/repairs.
Neck Profile: C Standard
Neck Thickness: 1st: 0.88" / 12th: 0.99"
Fingerboard Radius: 10"
Nut Width: 1 11/16"
Scale Length: 25 1/4"
Electronics Layout: 1 Volume, 1 Tone, 1 Piezo/Pickup Blend Control (with internal gain control) and Mono/Stereo output switch on back.
The stereo output jack provides the option for splitting the Piezo and Magnetic Pickups to two separate lines. When used with a single mono cable both the piezo and magnetic pickups are together.
