Tech Notes: Clearly a players guitar in the past, this guild has some wear but is sounding great with comfortable low action (5/64" on the low e, 4/64" on the high e) and near flat neck relief (.003"). The saddle is slightly low (particularly the low e) but it has little to no impact on the playability of the guitar, in fact there is room for  the saddle to go up if you like your action medium. Great projection/clarity of sound. The nut had been changed and shimmed at some point in the past. Check the attached photos. It's stable and functioning without issues. The fretboard was cleaned and frets were polished. They have plenty of life left in them and are even throughout the entire fretboard. You will notice some light wear/dig out on the actual fretboard (frets 1-3), purely cosmetic. The bridge had been re-glued at some point but it's stable and functioning appropriately. Original tuners were changed to Grover's, originals not included, working great!

Overall a fantastic playing guitar despite some outward wear. Great sounding for open chord strumming with a comfortable slimmer C neck for accessibility farther up the fretboard as well for single note lines.
